A → B: We (ReRe Real Estate Investors) go under contract directly with a seller who’s ready to move on from their property. This could be a tired landlord, an inherited home, or someone facing a time-sensitive situation.
B → C: At the same time, we line up a qualified buyer—often a landlord, flipper, or cash investor—who’s looking to buy that type of property.
Sometimes we assign the contract to the buyer (assignment strategy), and other times we close with the seller first, then resell to the buyer (double close strategy). Either way, we make sure both sides win—with speed, clarity, and no surprises.
